Today we were working on our Powerpoint presentations. Our task was to put 3 pictures into each slide about our three different characteristics and have some bullet point information beside each one. I didnt do the task successfully, thinking that we were only supposed to put one picture per slide and describe that picture. So i obviously wasted a little bit of my time, but atleast i got to catch up after I realized my mistake and fix it before the end of the period. Next time I plan to have done at least two of my slides. I think this project is very easy so far and im getting along with it well and I think im going to work fast and eficiently on what were doing now.

Today was our last day to work on our essays. I wasnt sure if I was going to make it in time, but i managed just fine. I fifnshed my conclusion and had time to edit and summarize the whole essay. I handed it in about 15 minutes before the lesson ended so after I finished I had to find pictures related to my topic for my presentation on powerpoint which we will be working on next week. I found alot of good pictures just perfect for my presentation. My work for today was good and I hope I did well on the essay and all my hard work pays off in the end.

My work today was efficient and I got quite alot done. Although, i felt stressed while I was working becuase I had a test right after humanities and I was feeling nervous, not being able to concentrate on my work. I got to finish my bibliography and I am almost finished my conclusion. All I need to do is summarize and edit it. I got surprised that I got alot done in just one lesson even though I wasnt really concentrating because of all the pressure i felt today. The only problem now is my word limit, I exceeded it, but it shouldnt be a problem after i finish editing and summarizing the whole essay.

Today I expected to have finished my conclusion, but I found out that i still need to write more and make it more interesting. Since I couldnt think of anything on the spot, I decided to move on to writing my bibliography. Things didn't go so bad, although i did expect to have more information in my conclusion. For the next lesson, i have already planned what to write for my conclusion. Im hoping it will work out well and that it fits in with the whole paragraph nicely. I am also hoping that I will finish editing and summarizing in time for the due date to hand it in.

Today I was feeling tired, but releived that I caught up alot with my work. I finally finished my third charcteristic and am now on my conclusion. I think I did well writing the paragraph on my third characteristic. And once again I was pleased that my notes were organized neatly and were in the correct order I wanted to write my notes in. I dont have to worry too much about my word limit, since I'm almost finished anyways. I was having a little trouble coming up with a good conclusion, though. I already wrote alot of information and I can't find a good ending to my essay. I'm planning to have finished by this coming Thursday.

Today we went to the classroom to use the laptops since all the labs were full. Unfortunatley some laptops didnt work for some people and i was one of them, so we had to go work upstairs in some of the available labs to do our work there. I did pretty well and caught up on my paragraph on social class. Although, I didnt get very far his lesson because of all the time wasted before, trying to figure out which labs we were to go in. I'm close to finishing up my essay now and will very soon be moving on to my conclusion.

I felt that todays lesson passed by so quickly as I had just finished typing up my third paragraph and started the next. My third paragraph was on government and law, which I found very easy to type since I had all my information notecards neatly piled and organised in which order I wanted to type the notes in my paragraph. I was a bit dissapointed since I didnt get very far on the next paragraph on social class because of how much time i wasted on the previous paragraph, accidetally typing the exact same notes I wrote last time. I realized after I breifly proofread the whole paragraph that I had been repeating the same notes I had already written from last time. I thought todays lesson was alright except, I wish that I hadnt wasted so much time on one paragraph, otherwise I would have finished the next paragraph by now. I estimate that I need approximatley about four more lessons to finish this essay with all my confidence in my progress so far.

Today i felt that i had progressed alot better in my work, I was able to finish my first paragraph on religion and almost finished my second one on government and law. And writing about government and law was even easier to write about than religion. I did my work on time, I worked very well , with no distractions and my notecards were still very organised and easy to write from. I worked really fast today and time passed by really quickly, but i got everything done and I'm happy that i'm almost done. Next time, I plan to have finished my second and third paragraph, but i'm hoping that I dont exceed the word limit for the essay since i have so much information already.

Today i started writing my essay and so far it turned out well. I got to finish my introduction and I nearly finished writing my first paragraph which is about the Greeks religion. By next time I should be finished paragraph one and move on to the next paragraph. I found this lesson much simpler than I thought it would turn out to be, my notecards on religion were so well organised and I knew exactly which card to use in order and which notes to put in the right place at the right time. I also accoplished my introduction well using a good source of infromation to talk about Greece in general, things like where it was and when the civilization started etc.. I was so happy with my work today and hope that tommorow I can work a little bit faster and more efficiently so I dont waste any precious time I have left to work on this project.

We went back to the multimedia lab to continue planning our essays today. I worked on planning what i was goingh to write for my introduction. I didnt get very far though because i didnt find any good notes to start a good introduction, but im sure that i can come up with a good introduction without the note cards sice i learned quite alot about the ancient Greeks and their lives. Im planning to write my essay tommorow i think im ready to start it now even though i havent fully covered planning a good introduction. Im sure that I can come up with something as I go along.
